Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Breast Cancer Survivors and Fighters

Breast cancer is not one single disease – there are several types of breast cancer. It can be diagnosed at different stages and can grow at different rates. This means that people can have different treatments, depending on what will work best for them.

Earlier detection, increased knowledge and understanding of the biology of breast cancer and better treatments mean that survival rates after a diagnosis of breast cancer are improving. More than 8 out of 10 people survive breast cancer beyond five years. More than three quarters of people survive it beyond 10 years.

If we can help more women detect the signs of Breast Cancer earlier by raising awareness the survival rates will increase. Do you part, Donate today!
